General Liability & Consent
You will be required to sign a few documents before your session. They include but are not limited to the following:
Inappropriate Behavior:
ASMR is for relaxation and anxiety-relief purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to ASMR whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities. Treat your ASMRtist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return. To ensure everyone’s safety, video cameras will be in every experience room recording every session.
General Liability:
By booking an ASMR session, you give your permission to receive your ASMR experience. You understand that an ASMR experience is not a substitute for traditional medical treatment or medications and that your ASMRtist does not diagnose any illnesses, conditions, or injuries, nor do they prescribe any medications.
You understand the ASMRtist is roleplaying as a character in your ASMR experience. Their words and actions are part of a pre-rehearsed script. While the experience may include your ASMRtist asking you questions, in no way is the ASMRtist inviting you to speak with them, touch them, or pursue them in any romantic or platonic manner. The experience is meant to relieve stress and anxiety in a way that allows you to be silent and still.
You understand the ASMRtist will touch you in specific areas (as indicated on your Body Consent Form) with a gentle touch with either their hand or with objects. Should an accident happen where there is slight discomfort, not only will you calmly and softly inform your ASMRtist, you will also release the company and the individual ASMRtist from all liability concerning any discomfort or injuries that may occur during the experience.
You understand that it is your responsibility to inform the ASMRtist of any discomfort you may feel during the experience so he/she/they may adjust accordingly.
You understand the importance of informing your ASMRtist of all physical and mental medical conditions (before you receive treatment) as well as side effects from medications you are taking, and to let the ASMRtist know about any changes to these. You understand it is your responsibility to be transparent about anything that could be of risk to yourself or to the ASMRtist.

You understand that you or the ASMRtist may terminate the session at any time.
